Ingredients
Instructions

Cook Pasta, following package timing to al dente

Drain and spread out on a sheet pan, tossing with a little olive oil to keep from sticking

Allow to cool to the touch

Add all other ingredients and toss to coat. Use extra pesto if needed. Pesto should fully coat the pasta

Garnish with parmesan cheese as you see fit

*Use a pasta that does well with thick sauces. Examples could be
- Fusilli
- Trottole
- Radiatore
