Instructions

  1. Spray 9x13" baking dish with pan spray
  2. Layer bread and bacon in two tiers in the pan
  3. Mix all the ingredients of the custard together and pour over bread mixture, using a spatula to press it down to absorb the liquid. Let rest for 5 minutes
  4. Place in a preheated 225ยฐ smoker and allow to smoke for 45 minutes to an hour until the custard sets
  5. Cut into squares and serve immediately with maple syrup. Enjoy!
