Ingredients

1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Aleppo pepper (finely ground)
2 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Black Pepper, coarse ground
1 Tbsp granulated garlic
1 Tbsp granulated onion

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.

Yields about 1/3 cup

Note

If you are using a more coarse Aleppo pepper, simply put it in a spice mill and pulse until the same size as the other spices
