Dice the smoked turkey. Scramble the 6 eggs with a little milk or cream. Warm the mashed potatoes and crumble the stuffing.

Warm the 4 tortillas on a griddle or in the microwave to make them pliable.

Layer the fillings in a neat line: 1/4 of the scrambled eggs, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup crumbled stuffing, 1/4 cup diced turkey, shredded cheese and a tablespoon of cranberry sauce.

Drizzle a small amount of gravy over the top of the fillings and brush the top edge of the tortilla with it as well to help seal the burrito.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then fold the bottom flap up and tightly roll the burrito closed.
