Instructions

  1. Toss diced brisket with chili powder, cumin and garlic powder
  2. Spray a large skillet with pan spray, preheated over medium low heat
  3. Lay out tortilla in pan and top with, in order: cheese, brisket, jalapenos, crispy onions and smoked tomatoes.
  4. After about 3 minutes check the underside is getting toasty and then over in half.
  5. Flip if needed to get even browning, remove from pan and cut into thirds. Top with scallions and serve
