Instructions
To make the crema:

Combine all three ingredients, mix and set aside
For the Tacos:

In a skillet combine pulled pork and chicken stock and heat up until hot

Heat a flat top or griddle over medium high heat. Lightly oil the surface

Place the tortillas down, flipping them as they heat.

Once they start to crispen, sprinkle with cheese and let melt

Top with a layer of pork, some onions, crema and chopped cilantro and fold in half

Continue to crispen on the flat top, flipping as needed
