Hawaiian Sea Salt & Vinegar Wings

This wing was one of my favorites from Hawaii and I couldn't believe that I had not considered it before! If you like sea salt and vinegar chips, you will love this! And it's Keto as well! Super simple!

Instructions

**Adjust oven racks to upper-middle and lower positions. Preheat oven to 250F/120C**

  1. Line a 1/2 sheet baking tray with foil, then place a baking rack on the foil. Spray with pan spray.

  2. Place wings in a large bowl or in a zipper food bag. Add the baking powder and salt, then toss to coat evenly.

  3. Place the wings on the baking tray in a single layer with the skin side up and place on the lower oven rack and bake for 30 minutes.

  4. Move wings up to the upper middle rack and increase the oven temperature to 425F/220C. Bake for 40 – 50 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through.

  5. Remove baking tray from the oven and toss wings in sauce and serve with celery sticks and dressing for dip

  6. Toss with vinegar right out of the oven. Sprinkle salt of choice on the wings 

  7. Plate up the wings and garnish with toasted sesame seeds
