Ingredients
4oz. Guajillo Chili Paste (or 7 Dried New Mexico Chiles reconstituted & seeded)
2tsp Chili del Arbol powder
2Red bell peppers fire roasted seeded and skinned (or a 6 oz jarred roasted red peppers, drained & rinsed)
2tbsp tomato paste
4large garlic cloves, peeled
1tsp caraway seeds, toasted and ground ((use a mortar and pestle, grinder or food processor))
2tsp ground coriander
2tsp ground cumin
1tsp smoked paprika
1/2tsp Aleppo Pepper
2tbsp fresh lemon juice
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
