This blend creates a savory and herby profile, with a tangy kick from the buttermilk. It offers a creamy texture when mixed, making it a versatile seasoning perfect for various dishes. The balanced flavors ensure it's delicious in dressings, dips, or as a flavorful coating.

Ingredients

⅓⅓ cup dry buttermilk powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 tsp dried parsley
1+½ tsp tsp dried dill weed
1 tsp dried chives
½ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp Accent - MSG (optional/see notes)
½ tsp sugar
¼ tsp dried tarragon
¼ tsp coarse black pepper or to taste
¼ ¼ tsp mustard powder
¼ tsp xanthan gum

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

For a coating: Mix with egg or milk component to season

For Ranch Dressing:

Mix 2 Tbsp Ranch Mix with 1/3 cup milk and allow to steep for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup mayonnaise and mix together

Usable for up to a week

Note

If you choose not to use the Accent, increase the sea salt an equivalent amount to replace it.
