³⁄₄ cup REO Spice's Chorizo seasoning

¹⁄₄ cup apple cider vinegar (vinegar type is important)

Description

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight to allow the flavors to bloom. Cook within 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months
