Ingredients
  • 1 lb Austin-Style Smoked Beef (see recipe)
  • 1/2 cup Smoked Caramelized Onions (see recipe)
  • 8 EA Mini Savory Cheddar-Chive Waffles (see recipe)
  • 4 oz smoked Gouda Cheese (thinly sliced)
  • 1.5 cups Smoked Austin Au Jus (warmed)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Chives (minced)
Instructions

    Toast savory mini-waffles until the edges are golden and have a structural snap.

    Portion 1/4 lb of shaved beef onto four of the toasted waffles.

    Spread 2 Tbsp of smoked caramelized onions directly over the beef.
