  2. Put 4 oz of the salad mix on the bottom of the bun, top with optional cheese and lettuce along with the top of the bun and enjoy

You may also serve over a salad or heat up and serve open faced on a slice of toasted sourdough and a couple of slices of your favorite cheese. All are delicious!
