Ingredients
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits - 2 extra)
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz smoked salmon, flaked
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 –2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Nonstick spray
Instructions

    Spray six 5 oz ramekins. Press biscuit dough into each, pushing up the sides to make a crust (you may need to trim or stretch).

    Divide smoked salmon and cream cheese cubes among ramekins.

    Whisk eggs, cream, dill, salt, and pepper. Pour over the fillings, just to cover.

    Bake at 350°F for 18–22 minutes, until centers are just set and tops lightly golden.
