2lbs. 2 chicken apple or breakfast sausage, cut in 1.5" pieces

2tbsp maple syrup
1tbsp Smoked Stoneground Dijon mustard
1tsp black pepper

Alternate apple and sausage on skewers.

Mix maple syrup, mustard, pepper; brush on skewers.

Smoke at 275°F for 40–45 min, turning and brushing with glaze halfway, use any remaining after plating up.
