  1. Marinate the pressed tofu strips in the mushroom soy sauce and lime juice for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill the tofu strips on a hot, oiled grate for 4 minutes per side until char marks form, then cube most of the strips, reserving 4 intact grilled strips for garnish.
  3. Prepare the mac & cheese according to package instructions.
