Glazed Pork Party Ribs
These individually sliced and smoked pork bites turn a traditional backyard slab into the ultimate hand-held finger food. A patient run through low wood heat coaxes out incredible tenderness, while a late sweet brushing creates a lacquer-like finish that caramelizes beautifully. It yields a rich, savory bite engineered perfectly for passing around a lively gathering.
