Mom’s Red Sauce
This foundational family staple fills the kitchen with a deeply familiar, aromatic warmth as it simmers. Patient simmering allows the crushed fruit to reduce, mellowing the sharp acidity into a rich, velvety consistency. It serves as an anchor for the table, delivering an unmistakable taste of home-cooked tradition.
