  1. Reheat the sauce over a medium setting
  2. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, reserving 1-2 oz of pasta water to reconstitute the sauce and the meat.
  3. Combine the pasta into the sauce and toss and serve
  4. Garnish with as much Parmesan as you want!
  5. For French Onion Garlic Bread:
  6. Split your French bread or baguette and generously slather it with Brinner Butter with Onion
  7. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes
  8. Cut and serve

Note

When reheating the frozen sauce for 4, add 2 tablespoons of starchy pasta water directly to the skillet. It marries the meat fat back into the red sauce.
